蒸蛋糕~加椰

蒸蛋糕~加椰 @ 分享*爱这是我第一次做蒸蛋糕.之前还不知道可以蒸蛋糕的.看到这食谱也就跟着做,没想到这蛋糕还真的好吃耶!
这食谱是从朋友的朋友那儿得来的,但是我把她的材料减半了.

材料:
鸡蛋 5粒
牛油 200g
面粉 90g (要过滤)
白糖 90g
加椰 200g
炼奶 半罐(中)
可可粉 5汤匙

做法:
1.牛油,糖打至發白,加入蛋[一粒一粒加]攪拌均勻。
2.加入加椰,牛奶,麵粉[一一加入]攪拌均勻
3. 分成两份。一份原味,一份加
可可粉,[一一加入]攪拌均勻, 成可可味.
4. 用八寸盘。先加入一层原味蒸五分钟,待表皮凝固,再加入一层
可可味蒸五分钟,以顺序一层层加入,大约4-6层。
5. 待完成,用中火蒸大约四十五分钟 - 1 小时。

还有多余的可可粉面糊我就用几个小碗来蒸它啦.没想到蒸出好可爱的小蛋糕!!蒸蛋糕~加椰 @ 分享*爱
