嫩嫩鸡胸肉

很多人都认为鸡胸肉很粗很难吃. 其实如果懂得腌鸡胸肉, 它也可以变得又嫩又好吃.

腌料: 酱油, 盐, 绍兴酒,胡椒粉,食油或麻油, 水. (全部量少许).

做法:
1。将腌料加在鸡胸肉里,顺着一个方向搅拌均匀。
2。撒上少许的太白粉(薯粉), 再搅拌均匀。
3。让鸡肉腌至少5分钟就可以了。

可以再加一汤匙绍兴酒。。适量的糖。。适量胡椒粉。。更香更好吃。。哈哈。。
