橙汁香鸡

橙汁香鸡 @ 分享*爱食谱改编自:生活好事儿

材料:
鸡翅膀 6个
橙 2粒 取汁和削点橙皮
橙酱 2汤匙 (涂面包的)
鸡蛋 1粒 打散

做法:
1. 加酱油, 盐和鸡蛋进鸡翅膀, 搅匀. 再加入玉米粉去拌匀. 让鸡翅膀腌至少10分钟.
2. 热油锅, 中小火去炸鸡翅膀. 炸到鸡翅膀熟透, 捞起来.
3. 另一锅. 下橙汁去煮, 加入少许的橙皮, 白糖和橙酱, 煮到浓稠, 加入少许的白醋 (也可以用柠檬汁).
4. 把炸好的鸡翅膀倒入橙汁, 捞匀.

牙米, 好香呀!
