蜜汁炒鸡

耗油炒鸡 @ 分享*爱
材料:
鸡肉 切小块
青葱 切末
姜 切块
大蒜 切末
蜜糖 少许

腌料:
酱油 1大匙, 麻油 1小匙, 盐 少许, 胡椒粉 少许, 水 少许, 小红葱 2颗切末

做法:
1. 鸡肉块用腌料腌20分钟.
2. 热油锅, 爆香姜块和蒜末.
3. 把鸡肉放进去煎炒, 直表皮有点焦焦的.
4. 加入一小碗的水.
5. 加入调味料: 酱油 2大匙, 黑酱油 1大匙, 耗油 1小匙, 盐 少许, 胡椒粉 少许, 糖 少许
6. 煮到酱汁变稠, 淋点蜜糖再撒上葱花, 就可以捞起上碟了.

哈, 我老公赞这道鸡肉料理味道够, 很香, 很成功呢! ^^
